The Brainerd Bees defeated the Litchfield Blues 10-0 in 7 innings on Saturday. The Bees put up 13 hits in the game, as 6 Bees had 2-hit performances. Pat Skogen, Joel Martin, Nate Dechaine, Jack Hegarty, Kevin Peterson, and Jaron Hanson each had two hits a piece. Skogen had 3-RBI, Peterson had 2-RBI and a double, Hanson had 2-RBI to go along with a triple and a double, and Blake Eller also had a 2-RBI double. Joel Martin also got the win pitching, going 5 innings and Jack Hegarty finished the game throwing the last 2-innings. The win puts the Bees at 8-4 on the season. The Bees play tomorrow versus the Cold Spring Silver Springers in Cold Spring at 6 pm.
